Hi, I’m Fr. Bill Murphy. I’m happy to be here at St. Agatha and serving you as a Parochial Vicar.

I love the “village” feel of East Milton Square and the cosmopolitan character of Quincy. I’m grateful to be serving your spiritual lives with Fr. Brian and Fr. Jiwon and the exceptionally talented staff here.

I’ve been a priest of the Boston Archdiocese for 37 years. I’ve ministered in
Parishes, in the area of Clergy Personnel, as a Campus Minister and as a
Seminary Spiritual Director and teacher of Preaching. Each of these varied
placements has been fulfilling in its own way. I’ve been graced with many
wonderful experiences.

I love good movies, spending time with friends, hiking, eating at
restaurants, and travel.

I look forward to meeting many of you and I pray I may serve you in the
